The Space

Montecristo is an exclusive gated community located in Los Cabos, Mexico. Dramatically positioned on the mountainside, it offers stunning ocean views while overlooking the entire Quivira Los Cabos, which features an exclusive Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.

The Montecristo Ocean View Villas measure 2,800 square feet inside and have 1,700 square feet of covered ocean view terraces. Each villa features:

• Three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom
• A dining room
• A living room with a fireplace
• A full kitchen with appliances
• A spacious TV room with flat-screen TVs
• An additional half bath for guests
• A laundry room

Bedroom amenities include walk-in closets, pillow-top mattresses, and the finest Egyptian cotton linens. Bathroom amenities feature dual-sink vanities and jetted bathtubs. The villas accommodate up to eight adults in the bedrooms, plus an additional two with the sofa bed.

The villas are non-smoking and come with daily full maid service and a personal concierge to attend to all of your needs.

All-Inclusive Options

The resort offers optional all-inclusive packages, which typically range between $80 and $120 per adult, per day, depending on the level of all-inclusive service chosen. Discounts are available for seniors over 60 and children under 18.

Important Information

Please note there are two types of villas at Montecristo: those that are professionally managed by the resort and those that are not. All of the villas I rent come with:

• Full daily housekeeping
• A personal butler to assist you with anything you need
• Regular professional villa maintenance, including pool/hot tub cleaning and groundskeeping

Ensure that these amenities are included before you book your trip to avoid disappointment.

Additionally, I recommend booking your vacation with a highly-rated Superhost and Cabo/resort expert. Your vacation is important, and it is best not to entrust it to an unproven amateur host.
