The Space

This beautiful two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom villa is located within Jardines de Palma Real in the gated community of Hacienda Pinilla. It is within walking distance to the JW Marriott.

Our two-story, 3,100 square foot villa features:

• Ten-foot vaulted and beamed ceilings
• An open concept main room with dining and kitchen areas
• A beautiful covered patio with eight-foot wooden French doors leading to it
• A second-floor covered balcony

There are two bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms:

1. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and a walk-in closet.
2. The upstairs master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and direct access to the upstairs balcony. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub.

The upper living room has a pull-out sofa that opens to the upstairs balcony. The maximum occupancy is six guests.

The kitchen is equipped with:

• Beautiful granite countertops
• A stainless steel dishwasher
• A stainless steel refrigerator
• A four-burner cooktop on the island facing the dining and living room

Beside the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, allowing you to pack light for your getaway.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the workout room and private community pool area, which are just a short walk from the villa.

Other Things to Note

Local taxes are to be paid after booking. For short-term stays (30 days or less), a 13% sales tax will be added on top of the total rental amount.
