Townhouse #6 is a comfortable two-story home with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, located between two neighborhoods of the Hacienda Iguana beach and golf course community. The townhouse is a short, picturesque walk from the beach, making it an ideal place to spend your vacation.

The best place to buy groceries is La Colonia in Rivas, located 100 meters south of the turnoff for Tola on the west side of the street. It is also recommended to refuel here, as these are the closest gas stations to the property.

Guests are encouraged to stock up on groceries for their entire stay. Alternatively, a meal plan with full-service catering is available upon request.

• The property is approximately a 2 to 2.5-hour drive from Augusto C. Sandino International Airport in Managua and about 4 hours from Liberia Airport in Costa Rica.
• Major vehicle rental agencies are available at Managua airport; advance reservations are recommended.
• A 4-wheel drive vehicle is only necessary if planning to visit beaches further south in the San Juan del Sur area.
• Airport transportation, daily sightseeing, and surf trips can be arranged.
• Motorcycle and scooter rentals are available.
• Vehicle and boat transport to other surf breaks can be arranged.
• Vehicle rentals from Alamo and National are available with an office next to Hacienda Iguana.
