Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, except for a few supply closets used by the maid.

The property is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. However, due to its close proximity to the beach, minor permanent stains or small breakages may be present. Items showing cosmetic wear are regularly replaced, though not after every guest.

We had a great stay at Jessica’s place! The house was even better in person. She was very responsive and Issac was also very helpful! We would’ve loved to stay longer if we could’ve!

THIS HOME IS A MUST BOOK! SPACE SPACE SPACE! BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN! Jessica home is pristine and beautiful. Me and my friends booked Jessica’s home within days of coming to Cabo and she was very accommodating and helpful. The home is very spacious for large groups or families. We didn’t even want to leave the property because the home felt so welcoming. The location is great as well. We felt very safe and comfortable. The chef and Isaac was a plus. Please utilize the chef the food is amazing. Being from Atlanta we love good food. The pool was amazing, the staff was great it’s more than enough space ! I just loved it and would recommend anyone to stay here..overall Please look no further and book this property! My first time in Cabo and we will be back.

This place was amazing for my birthday/bachelorette of 16 girls! From the beginning the communication and responsiveness was great. They made sure we were taken care of from transportation, house needs, decorations, experiences, private chef (which was a huge highlight!). Truly impressed with the hospitality. The home is very spacious. It never felt crowded. The home was also very clean. Thanks so much for an unforgettable stay!!!

Jessica, Isaac and Javier were great to communicate with. Answered any questions we had within the hour and sent someone immediately if anything needed to be fixed/done. Would recommend!

Came here with a group of 7 for a girls trip/birthday and we are SO glad we chose Jessica’s house. The location was perfect, there was a grocery & liquor store around the corner and the tight security made us feel very safe. We had everything we needed on site, especially for cooking meals (other than a coffee grinder) - we loved the house so much we ended up staying in more than expected! Appreciated the AMPLE towels for both the bathrooms and the pool and the wifi was strong and dependable. Also highly recommend the massages that were recommended by the helpful concierge Issac. Would book again in a heart beat!!!

Stayed here for a bachelor party with 10 friends. Lots of room, beautiful place and great layout. About a 12 minute ride to downtown so close to everything we wanted to participate in. Issac was awesome, great point of contact in Cabo and helped arrange some nice meals with a private chef and fun activities. Highly recommend. We will come back.
