Casa Borealis is located in La Vista Properties, on the hills overlooking Hacienda Iguana. This property is a comfortable off-the-grid home equipped with all the conveniences you need for a peaceful and quiet stay.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have private porch access and private bathrooms.

Casa Borealis is an eco-friendly, fully off-grid home designed to be sustainable. It features:

• 24 solar panels to generate all electrical power
• 24 12-volt batteries to store energy

This system is sufficient to supply all your electrical needs for the home.

Appliances include:

• An inverter refrigerator
• Three televisions
• A pool pump
• Accessories such as a coffee maker, microwave, blender, and toaster

The home also has two air conditioning units (one in each bedroom). Please note that using the air conditioning will diminish electrical capacity. If power is depleted, the system cannot be restarted until the next morning. Therefore, we highly recommend practicing good energy conservation behavior.
