Rodrigo’s property should not be listed. It is dirty, poorly maintained, and in bad condition. Photos are misleading and outdated. For safety reasons, we left after 15 of 30 days. Issues from day one: no internet for a week, no safe, no extra sheets/towels for a long stay, refusal to provide cleaning supplies, insect-infested wooden shutters (unsafe, falling, poor ventilation), missing window screens, and multiple amenities missing, broken, or misrepresented. Only an induction cooktop (not full stove). Serious electrical problems: main breaker tripped every evening when using the shower, causing repeated outages. Kitchen outlets failed early. Bedroom lights flickered and sparked. Host was responsive at first but ignored safety concerns, said repairs would be done after we left, then denied issues and refused compensation with Airbnb. Do not recommend. Zero stars.

Erstmal das Positive. Die Unterkunft ist Zweckmäßig und für jemanden der sich dort nicht super viel aufhalten will völlig ok. Der Strandzugang ist praktisch und auch wenn wir durch die Starke Brandung keinen Strand hatten waren wir fast jeden Tag dort. Wir hatten bei einer Woche Aufenthalt super viele Tiere im Garten: Ein Faultier, täglich Agutis, bis zu 13 Brüllaffen, Geier, einen Waschbär, Morphoschmetterlinge und viele Vögel. Die Bäume sind beeindruckend. Die Nähe zum Rescue Center, Einkaufen und Restaurants haben wir genutzt. Wir hatten Pech mit dem Wetter, denn die ersten zwei Tage regnete es durchgehend. Entsprechend stand dann das halbe Grundstück unter Wasser und alles war klamm und man hat nichts trocken bekommen. Es gibt nur ein Handtuch pro Bett. Eine Zwischenreingung mit Handtuchwechsel wurde für 100$ angeboten, fanden wir zu teuer. Die Straße ist wirklich sehr laut, man kann sich teilweise nicht unterhalten, das hatte ich unterschätzt.

Super séjour ! La maison est idéalement située, à deux pas de la plage. Le jardin est absolument magnifique, luxuriant et très agréable pour se détendre. Nous avons pu y apercevoir des singes et lucioles. Le logement est parfaitement conforme aux photos, fonctionnel et bien entretenu. Un grand merci à Rodrigo, un hôte accueillant, sympathique et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Rodrigo is a very responsive, kind & helpful host, I highly recommend him ☺️ The gardens of the property & the quick access to the beach are what makes staying here so worth it, we saw so many incredible animals right there in the garden. The location is close to the shops & a bit further down the road the busier part of the beach with bars, cafes etc. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much!

Private location with quick access to the beach is a huge plus, also an easy walk to bordering crystal clear beaches! Depending on the season, be sure to bring appropriate footwear since the path to the beach may be covered in fallen fruit from the surrounding trees (outdoor shower came in very handy). Keep in mind that the airbnb is minimally stocked with essentials, so come prepared. Otherwise, you will find everything you need as well as grocery stores, restos, and a pharmacy all within walking distance. Be sure to keep your eyes open for a glimpse at the wildlife roaming on the property from armadillos, agouti, sloths, howler monkeys, and toucans!

Ein tolles Grundstück, mit großartigem Garten und toller Lage. Im Garten haben wir jeden Tag etwas neues tolles gesehen: Faultiere, Agutis, Gürteltiere uvm. mit Privatweg zum Strand. Ein Zimmer und ein Bad sind in einem seperatem Häuschen. War nicht schlimm, war uns aber nicht ganz klar. Da an vielen Stellen das Insektennetz kaputt ist, kommen viele Gäste rein 😃
