Location and Construction Notice

Los Cabos is a rapidly developing resort area, and construction may occur at any time without prior notice. While we cannot control construction schedules, we will do our best to assist if any inconvenience arises.

House Rules and Policies

• Minimum guest age is 25 years old (children traveling with parents are exempt).
• Unauthorized parties or events are prohibited.
• Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
• In gated communities, noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 pm may result in fines ranging from $1,000 to $3,000 after the first warning. Warnings apply per stay, not per incident.
• Resort common areas such as pools and gyms are reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
• Pets are not permitted in The Ritz-Carlton or West Enclave common areas unless specifically authorized in advance.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• Events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties require prior authorization and payment of an event fee.
• Occupancy limits must be respected according to the contracted reservation. The renter must disclose the total number of guests and provide the names of all members in the group.
• Please list no more than two children under 12 in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents; additional children must be counted as adults.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, disrespect toward security personnel, and excessive noise may result in fines up to $3,000 without warning. Guests are responsible for paying any fines incurred.
• A minimum stay of 7 nights is required for stays including December 25 or January 1. If both holidays are booked consecutively, a 14-night minimum applies.
• High school and college spring break groups are not allowed without prior approval and an additional deposit.
