The Space

Constructed with natural stone, travertine floors, and Venetian finishes, this bright and elegant villa offers two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The property is fully furnished and includes air conditioning, a television, a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue area, and ensuite bathrooms each with indoor and outdoor showers.
The first floor contains the main living and dining area, which comfortably seats six, the kitchen, and a guest bathroom. Upstairs, both spacious bedrooms have premium bathrooms with open-air gardens behind the showers, providing a unique experience reminiscent of bathing beneath Costa Rica’s waterfalls.
Each room is equipped with split air conditioning units. For those who prefer fresh air, three sets of sliding doors open to create a seamless indoor-outdoor living environment with natural cross ventilation.
Outside, the child-friendly pool, covered patio ideal for entertaining, and a separate barbecue and dining area are all nestled within a peaceful garden setting, making the outdoor space a standout feature of this home.

This place was perfect! Just as beautiful (if not more) than the photos. Easy to get to the beach from inside the gated community and both beach access points were GORGEOUS. Beach club access was a great plus as well. Overall beautiful home, great location, would definitely recommend. Certainly get the golf cart :)

Everything was perfect! Great location with many things to do, but allowed us to have privacy! Many ways to easily get to the beach and the beach club was a bonus!

Elodie and her concierge team were extremely accommodating and communicative. The house was beautiful and very well located - and access to the private beach club gave some incredible tropical relaxation. 10/10 recommend!

We had an amazing time. The house was perfect for our needs, just a short walk to the beach. It had everything we needed and very clear instructions on getting anything that the house didn't already have. The host was fantastic and so friendly.

We had a great time at this little spot! It was a beautiful place with a beautiful backyard and pool and the occasional visit from a feline friend. The location was great- walkable to the beach and the langosta beach club which was great to have access to. Elodie & Lu were super responsive and helpful with questions and booking tours. Definitely recommend staying at their place! It’s nice to have privacy at the pool rather than the being at a resort. Also nice to be able to try local restaurants rather than just eating at a hotel.

Upon arrival we were greeted by AC repairman. Also, for the first two days, we did not have a working toilet in the master bathroom. The oven never worked. Though they did offer to buy a little toaster oven. But that would not have worked for us to cook our meals. We had to eat out every night, which was not our plan. When the oven repairman came, he turned off the breakers which also included the refrigerator. He didn’t turn it back on so everything in the freezer melted, as well as our cold items getting warm. this also caused all the ice to melt in the freezer, which ran all over the kitchen floor. The pictures on the website make the place look much more secluded and private than actually are. All around us were construction crews every day and yard men. Thank goodness for the monkeys.
