Our first time in Belize. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and immaculate place for your family to get away to Belize, this is the place you want. Elena lives on site and is so welcoming! She cooked a meal for our family which was everyone’s favorite of the week. Christian came every day to make sure the outside was perfectly cleaned, organized and ready for us to enjoy.

I don’t think we could’ve picked a more perfect place. From the quick response from our host to the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. Definitely five stars in my book.

Beautiful setting, gorgeous house, wonderful housekeeper. The only drawback was the distance from downtown. 3 1/2 miles is a long way in golfcarts over VERY bumpy, windy unpaved roads.

Currently less than 1 mile of the road to town is unpaved and they are working on that; traveling by golf cart is definitely part of the adventure of the island! We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Belize! Our group included 4 adults and 4 teenagers, and the layout couldn’t have been more perfect—each of the 4 bedrooms was a master suite, which gave everyone their own space and privacy. The property itself is incredible. The large pool was a huge hit with both the adults and teens, and being right on the ocean with a sandy beach made it feel like a true getaway. We also loved the on-site gym, which was one of the best-equipped we’ve seen at a vacation rental. The staff was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. One of the highlights for our group was the golf carts—such a fun and convenient way to get around town! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for families or groups looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and fun place to stay in San Pedro.

Beautiful home. Peaceful and quiet. Perfect for relaxation. Easy to get to town as well as see the coral reef and a day trip to Caye Caulker. Loved being a little outside the main town for more privacy and less noise. Thanks so much to Barbara for her recommendations, assistance with flights to San Pedro and quick communication. Elena and her sweet dog as well as the other caretaker were wonderful and so polite!

We had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The home was very clean, well taken care of, and extremely comfortable for our entire group. One thing we were especially happy about was the hot water , all of us were able to shower without any issues, which is something we’ve struggled with at other places, so that was a huge plus for us. The housekeeper was incredibly sweet and attentive. She handled any questions or concerns we had and made sure everything was always in great shape. The space itself is beautiful, and we felt very safe during our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious four-bedroom villa with a private pool and gym. Communication was excellent and very prompt, informative, and full of great recommendations, which made our stay even better. The only suggestion we would give future guests is to pack mosquito or bug spray, as it’s definitely needed outdoors. Overall, we had a wonderful experience 10/10 highly recommend!

We had a memorable trip. The reef and marine life were 10/10! Snorkeling, fishing and seafood was amazing! Kids loved the pool! The house has stunning aesthetics and the pier was nice to sit and watch the water and sky. The Belizeans were all friendly and helpful. There were a couple pain points. I realize there is only so much within the hosts control but worth noting. The rotten eggs smell from the sargassum was nauseating and everywhere. The biting flies and mosquitoes swarmed us every time we stepped outside, despite constantly reapplying bug repellent. The dirt roads were in bad shape with lots of pot holes, made driving golf carts physically painful, even got a flat tire. The water along the pier is not swimmable (mud, sargassum, coral, hidden chicken wire lobster/crab traps). Lastly the kayaks were heavy, leaked and hard to use without flipping. Host and house were 5/5. The extent of the odors, insects, roads, and water around pier unexpected and detracted from stay.

And we are thrilled you felt that the pool, house & hosts were 5/5! We're sorry that some aspects of your stay were impacted by seasonal & environmental conditions. Traveling to the Caribbean in the summer can mean more bugs & wet-season road conditions (the community is discussing paving the roads in our area, though that comes with trade-offs like the potential for increased development & traffic). Sorry that your stay coincided with a high amount of sargassum; that is a situation which can vary week to week and is a region-wide ecological challenge. Regarding the kayaks, it seems the hatch covers weren’t fully closed, which caused them to take on water—we’ll be sure to provide clearer guidance to future guests. Thanks again for choosing Wilson Point & glad you had a memorable family trip! We hope future guests will enjoy both the area’s natural beauty as well as the more ‘rustic’ aspects that contribute to the island’s adventurous charm.

The home is AMAZING! Beautiful property with breathtaking views. I was incredibly impressed with Barbara’s protectiveness and communication skills. She really made the entire thing a breeze. The trip required minimal effort on my part thanks to her incredible customer service skills. Elena and Alex really sealed the deal for us. Friendliest people ever. We loved them! Elena’s cooking is some of the best food we have ever had. Alex was so helpful and knowledgeable. When we arrived we mentioned things we would like to do while in Belize and they had tour guides at the house 30 minutes later setting everything up for us. I also want to point out my daughter had an accident and hurt her hand. Alex quickly flagged down a passing taxi and Elena rode with us to the hospital. She was with us the entire time which was extremely kind and appreciated. They kept the house incredibly clean and maintained. We absolutely loved the entire experience.

Beautiful home that looks just like the pictures 10/10! Barbara was helpful with tour and travel info. Alex and Elena are superb, their pride of management shines through; they took care of everything at the property from cleaning to sargassum control. Elena's homemade meals were delightful and Alex's insight into local wildlife and San Pedro were helpful. They're present to welcome and help with anything you may need. Couple of helpful tips about San Pedro; coming off the water taxi is a bit rustic as is the downtown area. Traveling via golf cart can leave you feeling a bit dusty, but it's a fun way to decompress and relax. Only cars on island are mini-van taxi's. The house has a lovely dock, but there is a sea wall around much of the island, so if you're expecting a white sand beach, be prepared for jumping off the dock into waist/chest deep water. Lots of fun snorkeling and relaxation to be had.

Just to note the dock actually belongs to the neighboring home, but we have an agreement so Wilson Point guests can use it 24/7 (all docks in Belize are actually public from 6 am to 6 pm!). We stayed here with our 5 kids (ages 15 to 21). The home was more than spacious for our crew of 7. The setting was perfect and the amenities were fantastic! The pool and hot tub were used daily. The ocean views are better than the pictures show. And the house is far enough away from the busy hustle and bustle of downtown San Pedro that it feels nice and quiet. The two golf carts we rented from the owner were also perfect for our group to explore the island. We had a great vacation, and much of that was in part to our amazing stay at Wilsons Point!

This place is a stunner, 100% baller home, it would be hard to improve on in anyway. Delightful location (a little haul from town) quiet and off the beaten path. This is truly a great place to experience San Pedro beach living.

You wont find a better place to stay in San Pedro. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, and were happy just spending time on the property. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, and the view is wonderful to wake up to everyday. The kitchen and common area are very nice and gave us a place for all of our party to hang out and cook food. A quick golf 15 minute golf cart ride into town, which we found very fun to drive.  Alex was very helpful and friendly. Elena was great and always on top of everything. The gym was an amazing addition. If you are staying in San Pedro, this is the best spot hands down.

We loved this house and this trip.  The house looks as depicted and has a gorgeous view right on the water.  The on-premises/adjacent house staff was really nice to have and Elena's cooking was great.  Barb the property manager was really responsive and organized helpful details like the flight from Belize City to San Pedro and the cab to the house.  The house is notably south of town but we ended up enjoying the extra time on the golf carts to/from town and it was nice to be in a more private and quiet area.  Great place to stay - recommend!!

Absolutely incredible stay! We spent a week at this beautiful Belize house and enjoyed every single minute. The accommodations were pristine—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host, Barbara couldn’t have more helpful with instructions for checkin, activities and tips about the island. She answered every question we had and it did it with urgency. The service provided by Elena and Alex was truly top-notch. Elena’s meals were beyond delicious, with fresh, local ingredients perfectly prepared. The views were stunning, and the location was perfect. Snorkeling and fishing boats conveniently picked us up right at the dock, making our adventures effortless. We stayed with another family and still had plenty of privacy, with spacious, comfortable rooms for everyone. The house’s accessibility to town by golf cart was a huge plus. From the breathtaking sunrise, to the warm welcoming hospitality. Every detail was perfect.

San Pedro recap! Our group of eight (4 couples) stayed at Wilson Point, south of San Pedro from January 20-29. We came to Ambergris Caye to celebrate some fun milestones. We were all first-timers and had a wonderful time! The AirBnB was a perfect option for our group with two golf carts, a fitness room, pool, a hot tub, plenty of space inside and out and on-site staff. Their little pup Reef was an added bonus! We decided to take a boat vs the small plane from Belize City to Ambergris Caye and it was so fun! Thanks to Captain Sam and his wife Corinna of Belize Private Express Water Taxi for taking on all our luggage, a smooth ride and providing rum punch and beers on the voyage! They also took us on a day excursion to Caye Caulker. We had on-site massages by Juanita and staff. The men went deep sea fishing with Guevara Tours. Elena and Alex made us an evening meal, prayed with us and joined for food and fellowship!

By far this is the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Gorgeous pool and house - plenty of room for our girls weekend party of 7. Barbara was very helpful providing loads of suggestions and even helped with arranging the cabs and timing for our flight from Belize city. Elena cooked an amazing meal for us one evening and even accompanied us to the best grocery stores! Alex was super responsive when we texted him as well. They are incredibly nice people!!  The only drawback for us is the golf cart driving distance to San Pedro (20 minutes) and 1 hour to Secret Beach.  Overall, we loved the place and highly recommend!!

This is the best rental we have ever stayed in.  The on-site staff, Elena and Alex, are true hospitality professionals.  The views are amazing, Elena's cooking we used on two nights was exceptional, we used the rented golf carts to explore the entire island, fishing off the dock (we brought our own gear) moonrises over the water, the tours we took picked us up right at the dock, water taxi to and from the airport and so much more.  We can't say enough good things about Wilson Point.  We didn't want to leave.   Every suggestion made by Barb, Elena and Alex was top notch.  We couldn't have asked for a more seamless vacation.  Side note:  The house is amazing, the rooms more than comfortable, full baths for every bedroom made it so much better.  And the beds, we haven't slept like that on vacation before.  That may have had something to do with the Tito's the night before.  We chose Wilson Point to celebrate a 50th and 60th birthday.  It was more than we could have asked for.

Wilson Point is absolutely beautiful! The pictures captured the essence of the property, but to see it…Wow! Barb was extremely helpful and stayed in constant contact as we were preparing for our 60th Birthday Girls trip. Thank you for arranging our flights and taxi pick-ups to and from Belize City. Elena, Alex and Reef made the trip extra special with their attention to detail and continuous availability. The best meals were the ones prepared by Elena! On arrival it felt like we were greeted by family. Captain Sam dropped us off right at the pier where Alex & Elena were waiting on us. Elena cooked us dinner the first night and also cooked the fish my dad & uncle caught on their fishing trip with Captain Sam’s crew. This place is truly paradise! Also, it is not too far from the “city”. Overall, the trip was amazing and we would love to come back.

The house is beautiful. Alex and his wife, Elena, "Reef" cute calm smart girl doggie, and a cat are ground keepers and live on site. Alex does an excellent job making sure the property is safe and clean. The house is clean, modern and very comfortable. All necessities were available. Just bring your toothpaste and toothbrush. The location is south of town and the pack sand roads are very bumpy. You have to rent a golf cart to get around. Wonderful people, wonderful home.

Highly recommend this home! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with recommendations, tour bookings, travel arrangements etc. The home was probably the best on the island and pictures were accurate. The on site hosts, Alex and Elena, were definitely the highlight of this trip. Elena’s cooking was incredible to say the least - we used her five of the seven nights! And she even hooked me up with a birthday cake for our friends bday. Alex was super helpful with getting anything we needed and even hunted down some fishing poles for our kids. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing time! The home is more beautiful in person! We enjoyed all the amenities that Wilson Point offered. There were seven of us including our adult children and their significant others. This was a special trip as we don’t all get together very often. The home is laid out perfectly with each bedroom having an en-suite, beautiful common areas, home gym and gorgeous property. Plenty of room for all of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. In the planning stage, Barb answered all my questions promptly and arranged our flight shuttle from BZE. With all of us coming from different areas of the U.S. she helped make the trip seamless! She even helped us when one of our flights was delayed six hours getting into BZE. Super thankful for her help! Elena & Alex made our check-in & stay smooth. And like others have said in reviews, Elena’s cooking was better than any restaurant! We had her cook four dinners including fish we caught! Overall a great experience!

The house is beautiful, well designed and has everything you need for a comfortable leisurely stay. We had a group of 8 and stayed for 7 nights. There was plenty of space for everyone to hangout together or have their own personal space for down time. The property is extremely well maintained and the view is spectacular. Alex and Elena are kind and caring people who were always ready to help with whatever we needed. Ms. Elena’s stewed chicken made with so much love can’t be beat! Ms. Barbara provided so much information and support ahead of time that our trip was very well planned out. We used many of her recommendations and they were all perfect. This property was beautiful inside and out! It was spotless and had all of the amenities needed for a large family to make meals and save money on eating out everyday! Barb was very responsive and proactive in helping with water taxi info as well as taxi from town to property. It could not have been any better! Alex and Elena were a true blessing. So sweet and attentive! They helped us with anything we needed. This was the most perfect vacay spot!

Wilson’s Point Belize was the most incredible Air B&B I’ve stayed in. Perfect for 4 couples or multiple families. Beautiful house and location! Not real close to town but not necessary. There were a few days we didn’t leave, meals cooked by Elena were better than any restaurant meals we had. Tours would pick us up at the pier at the house. Barbara was so helpful getting us there and home.

Every room was comfortable, every bathroom lovely, the pool and the view… stunning… every space just as advertised! And, the best selling point for Wilson Point is Elena, Alex and most of all, Reef (their dog)! Wilson Point is an outstanding location - exactly as it is presented on the AirBnB site.  Barb is very responsive and willing to provide lots of local tips.  The caretakers, Elena and Alex, are outstanding - ready and willing to help at all times.  Very friendly and outgoing, and made us feel right at home.  Elena cooked outstanding meals for us a couple of nights, which added to the homey feel.  Rented golf carts from the owner that were essentially new and  critical for getting around.  Enjoyed breakfast the the Baker and evening cocktails at Toast.  There were four couples in our party, and we were very comfortable in the spacious surroundings.  An outstanding experience.  Highly recommended.

Wilson Point is - without a doubt - amazing! The house is exactly as pictured, incredibly well maintained with absolutely everything you could ever need. From incredibly comfortable beds to outdoor games to the air conditioned gym, this place was like a resort unto itself.  Having said all this, the best part of Wilson Point is Alex and Elena.  You could not get more attentive, hard working, and kind people than these two. Alex literally works on maintaining the grounds (which are pristine) from sun up to sun down; Elena is an amazing cook and having dinners in every other night was worth much more than she charges. Honestly, these are two of the most wonderful people I have ever met.  I don't often write reviews for anything - but this place couldn't go unmentioned.  Wilson Point it spectacular!

This was the best vacation my family has ever taken and we are avid travelers and house renters. I have been visiting Belize for 20 years and this was the most outstanding home I have ever seen in Belize. The craftsmanship, the design, the furniture, the view, the pool/ hot tub, and gym. It was incredible and everything we were looking for in a vacation. We liked that this house was several miles south of town away from the noise and traffic. Also the neighbors dock provided convince for us to be picked up by Guevara Tours and our tour guide Erik was flexible with our schedule and sites as we were traveling with our 4 year old. We loved him so much we booked private tours for 2 days. I can not say enough about the onsite staff Elaina and Alex. They were friendly, helpful, cooked for us and became like family. Lastly, we also booked Juanita's Massage for 3 and we set up the tables under the palm tree's, it was magical! We look forward to going back to this gem of a home!

If you are thinking about coming here… don not think, DO IT. It is the best from the time you book Barb makes sure you covered with everything you need before arrival up to when get back home!! Alex and Elena are the best!!!!!! I can’t stress that enough i was so sad to leave them bc the really made us feel at home. Elena cooks the BEST!!!!! The house is amazing and everyone is so accommodating and so nice….already looking on dates to return bc I loved it so much. You will not be disappointed!!!

Wow! Absolute paradise! So peaceful and private, but just a golf cart or boat ride away from so much to do, see and experience! The sunrise from the hottub was unbeatable.
