incredible stay, we loved every moment staying in this special place. The kitchen has everything you need. an Incredible beach is right out the front of the house. If you are looking for a chill stay for a group in Todos this is the spot. We will be back.

La casa es muy bonita, la ubicación increíble a solo unos pasos del Mar. Marilyn es muy atenta y agradable y vive muy cerca por lo que siempre está atenta. A la casa le falta un buen trabajo de mantenimiento general como ajustar puertas de ingreso, algunas ventanas y hojas de palmas que se están soltando del techo de una de las recamaras de arriba, también una limpieza profunda que valen mucho la pena pues es una propiedad muy bonita ( como pulir el fondo de los wc de algunos baños pues estan limpios pero puede confundirse con estar sucias o cambiar ya algunos wc). En general y solo por esos detalles que son facil de resolver la estancia estuvo genial y en familia, la propiedad tiene una bonita alberca, cancha de Padel y acceso a la playa. Seguro con arreglar esos detalles yo regreso 100% si a Flora del Mar.

Marilyn y Mharja son excelentes anfitrionas, siempre estuvieron al pendiente y en comunicación antes de nuestra llegada. Mharja fue muy amable al recibirnos y el lugar está precioso.

Our group had fairly mixed feelings about Marilyn's place. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, on-site pickleball/tennis courts, quick drive to downtown (~10 minutes) and ample space for 6 adults. However, we did feel the description/photos of the home were slightly deceiving. The actual residence was rundown and far more rustic than we expected - mosquito nets were ripped, pool was not heated, hot tub only heated upon request, dead bugs on the floor, lack of natural light, no home guide/instructions and limited cooking supplies (e.g. cooking oil, mixing bowls, spices). Two of the bedrooms were upstairs and required you to take an outdoor staircase. We were also awoken most nights/early mornings to the sounds of dogs barking. While we understand that some of these instances are part of the charm of Todos Santos, we were a bit disappointed and did not feel this home was a great value.
