Great stay for the family, a few good restaurants within walking distance and Chedraui wasn’t too far. Communication with the host was great

We loved our stay. Quiet part of town and beautiful ocean view. The pool was relaxing and the space was new and clean. We were lucky and didn't have too many people around, so had the place mostly to ourselves. The house-cleaner was extremely nice both when we arrived and left. We cooked a few times and the place had all of the utensils that we needed. Make sure to bring a few extra toiletries (lotion and conditioner if needed). There was shampoo and body/hand soap. The room got very cold at night which was perfect, but the first night I had to put on my long socks and jacket because I forgot that the AC was in Celsius. Restaurant next door was yummy. We didn't realize that wine/alcohol couldn't be sold after 5pm on Sundays, so remember to stock up if needed. We'd definitely stay here again!

Stayed here on our honeymoon (with our baby and nanny) and it was perfect! Clean, modern, peaceful and felt like our own private oasis because nobody else was there. Maybe we just got lucky but we had the pool to ourselves. Conveniently located with breakfast and a delicious sushi restaurant next door (sushi by Limon). There’s a spot to park your golf cart which was great! A/C worked amazing!! All the kitchen appliances worked like they should. Nice TVs, the whole shebang. We loved that it was pretty much in middle of the island. Not downtown but not too far from anything. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great unit. Very responsive host: we needed an extra set of bedsheets and Cecil got them to us the same day. Nice pool and spectacular view. Overall, the place is very safe and peaceful

We enjoyed our stay until after we checked out of the space. We used the space to pretty much just sleep-our goal was to explore the island and enjoy the local food so we had no need to use the kitchen. We read the reviews and decided it would be best to bring our own towels. Upon check out we stripped the beds so it would be easier for the cleaners to get the place ready for the next guest. I alerted Cecil that we enjoyed him letting us occupy his space and we checked out at 8 ish to catch the 9 am ferry. Upon boarding my flight I receive messages stating a party was taking place and was against the policy etc. (days prior to departure??) I immediately respond that we checked out early this am. He stated we broke a soap dispenser but we have videos of how we left his place with every room in the space. Please make sure you do the same. He sent pics of makeup filed towels in which I let him know we brought our own and didn’t wear makeup. Wow. And we allegedly painted the kitchen sink.

This home was so incredibly beautiful and well appointed. The only things we had to request were extra linens for the pull out bed, which were delivered the same day. It is located mid island, and we rented a golf cart to get around which was really helpful. It is next door to delicious restaurants and down the street from the best breakfast on the island, Cafe Mango! We felt very safe and comfortable in the home. The only difficulty we had was actually finding it. Our cab driver was new to Isla so that could have contributed, but the google maps link that was saved was not correct. We had to find some locals to help us locate the place, but we were able to get in easily with the code provided once we found it. If I could give a suggestion, it would be to tell your driver to look for "Isla Village" and it will take you to the property right next door that has the restaurants. Other than that inconvenience, we had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous place. The pool is clean and gorgeous!

This was a tremendous find for our family. It is a new property, high end and wonderfuly appointed. We 100 percent recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat,, the ocean views and sounds are amazing!!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home for 10 days. It was beautiful and just as described. Loved walking out the patio door right to the pool. Pool was always clean and refreshing after an afternoon of sightseeing. We went to Chedraui and stocked up on things we needed for our stay. A few thing to make our stay more comfortable would have been: extra garbage bags paper towels for kitchen 2 bath towels per person filled shower gel and shampoo hooks to hang wet towels Yayche Condo's are brand new and are not totally finished. Finishing touches are yet to be done. Still is a nice place to stay. Walkable to many restaurants and just walk out your door and hail a taxi if you want to go to Centro. We rented a golf cart and there was parking right across the street. I'd stay here again.
