Please note that the base rate for this home is for up to 2 people. There is a $15 per night fee for each additional guest, up to a maximum of 6 people.

This is a top-floor, three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit in Hacienda Iguana with a direct view of the surf lineup from the oversized balcony or the newly constructed swimming pool. The condo comes equipped with:

• Air conditioning in each bedroom and the living area
• Cable TV
• Wi-Fi
• An auto-switch generator for power outages
• A safe for valuables

The master bedroom contains a queen bed, while each of the two guest bedrooms has two single beds. Cleaning service is provided three days per week, and we also offer an optional meal plan. The housekeeping staff will handle any laundry, as they are the only ones with access to the washer and dryer in the unit. This service is included with your stay.

Location

This home is located within the Hacienda Iguana development, known for its world-class surf breaks. There are four surf breaks within walking distance:

• Playa Colorado
• Panga Drops
• Los Perros
• Playa Amarillo (accessible at low tide)

Additionally, there is a beautiful 9-hole golf course that is well-designed, beautifully maintained, and very affordable for guests.

Food Supplies

The best place to get groceries is La Colonia in Rivas, located 100 meters south of the turnoff for Tola on the right (west) side of the street. While in Rivas, you should also fill up on fuel, as these are the closest gas stations to your location. We highly recommend stocking up on groceries for your entire stay. If you prefer not to deal with planning, shopping, and preparing meals, ask us about booking the meal plan, our full-service catering option.

Eating Out

There are several great dining options within the Hacienda Iguana development:

• Pili's Kitchen: Located at the Beach Club in front of the Colorado Break, offering a variety of fresh foods, juices, smoothies, and a full bar.
• The Salty Koala: Located in La Joya next to the Eco Casitas, serving amazing Asian cuisine and craft cocktails.
• Casa Ananas: Above our office, offering authentic Italian cuisine, pizza, and daily international specials.
• Downtown Iguana: Located next to our office/surf shop, serving seafood and authentic Nicaraguan cuisine at a fair price.
• Scoops and Spokes: Across the street, known for homemade ice cream, good coffee, baked goods, paninis, and fresh juices.
• Iguana Brewery: A few doors down, offering sports bar fare and local craft beer.

We have a well-stocked store (NSR Surf Shop) located inside the Hacienda Iguana development, offering:

Additional activities in the development include yoga, horseback riding, and in-home massage.

The Riviera commercial plaza is located within half a mile of the Hacienda Iguana entrance, featuring:

Getting Around

This property is a 2 to 2.5-hour drive from the Augusto C. Sandino International Airport in Managua and approximately 4 hours from Liberia Airport in Costa Rica. Most major vehicle rental agencies have locations at the Managua airport, and we recommend making a reservation in advance.

If renting a vehicle, a 4WD is only necessary if you plan to travel to beaches further south in the San Juan del Sur area. If you prefer not to rent a vehicle, we can arrange airport transportation and daily sightseeing or surf trips. Motorcycle and scooter rentals are available, and we can also arrange vehicle and boat transport to other surf breaks in the area. Additionally, Alamo and National offer vehicle rentals with an office next to Hacienda Iguana.
