This house is all about comfort and gorgeous views. Tucked away and built into the hillside of San Juan del Sur, you can enjoy peace, quiet, and privacy while being steps away from the vibrant life of San Juan del Sur.

Every room features air conditioning, and the house is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a television, WiFi, a Bluetooth speaker, and stunning views of the bay. For the ultimate vacation experience, hire our excellent cook, Katalina, and relax without a worry.

Feel balanced in this house that beautifully combines the cozy sense of a bungalow with warm soft tones throughout. It remains cool and airy, with plenty of natural light from the large elegant glass sliding doors, providing an upscale luxury finish.

The house features:

• Two private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and hot water
• A loft with high ceilings
• Accommodations for up to 9 guests (two in each bedroom, two in the loft, and three convertible couches in the living room for extra room)

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to all of the amenities of our home, including the parking area and the infinity pool (the pool is shared with the neighboring house).

Other Things to Note

The infinity pool is shared with our neighboring house and offers one of the best views of San Juan del Sur and the bay. This is not only a vacation rental but also our beloved personal home.
