You won’t find this quality and value so close to the beach. There is 1 king OR 2 singles, up to 3 in this room for an additional fee. But you will lose the indoor dining table due to the extra bed, there is an outdoor table. This studio has a private entry. bathroom, kitchenette, dining and workspace. The space Location and value is excellent! There is a kitchenette, mini-fridge, gas stove, dining table, fans and A/C. It includes all your essentials, an outdoor seating area, personal workspace with pool garden view, private bathroom/shower and private entrance. The studio is independent from the rest of the house but we are here to help or answer any questions you may have. Battery back up on lights, WIFI, TV, and fridge. Beds can be configured to 2 singles or a king size bed, or we can add a third bed for the extra guest fee. There are high-end quality mattresses for your utmost sleeping comfort. The front outdoor space is shared and there are lounges, a hammock and a pool to use at your disposal. We have 1 friendly rescue dog that will be roaming around the home and an outdoor cat. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the front deck, pool and hammocks. During your stay Our home is shared with my family, pets and other guests. I am here if you need any help with anything. If I am not here, a housekeeper will assist you. Other things to note Our Family includes myself and my 2 teenage boys, 1 chill Nica rescue dog named Otto, and our Canadian Cat Tora. Electricity costs in Nicaragua are some of the highest in Central America we kindly ask that you always turn off lights, A/C and fans when you are not in the home and use conservatively. ***The A/C is included in the rate, but mostly for night time use or cool off sessions throughout the day.***We are just a small family-run Airbnb. If you plan on using the A/C for more than 12 hours a day total, there is an extra fee of $10.00 per day. Our family includes myself and my two teenage boys, along with our pets. Electricity costs in Nicaragua are among the highest in Central America, so we kindly ask that you turn off lights, air conditioning, and fans when not in use. 

The air conditioning is included in the rate but is primarily intended for nighttime use or brief cool-off sessions throughout the day. If you plan to use the air conditioning for more than 12 hours a day, an additional fee of $10.00 per day will apply, particularly for full-time online workers.
