The Space

Casa Bella Vista is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom Spanish-style home located in the gated community of Rancho Santana. The house is perched above the ocean, offering amazing views and a beautiful pool. It accommodates up to seven people and includes all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Location

The property is privately situated right above Rosada and Escondida beaches within the Rancho Santana community.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house, as well as the trails and beaches. This property is not managed by Rancho Santana. However, if you wish to access the following Rancho Santana amenities, you must pay the mandatory Rancho Santana resort fee of $15 plus 15% VAT per person per day, capped at 15 days. Children under 10 years old are free.
