The Space

Casa Laura is a fabulous 6-bedroom beachfront home located in Punta Pescadero. The stunning Sea of Cortez, spectacular weather, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and the friendly local people are just a few reasons you will fall in love with this beautiful part of southern Baja.

Enter the house through a classic Spanish-style courtyard, which has ample room for ATV parking. The first floor features a gracious open floor plan filled with windows, opening to an amazing ocean view of the Sea of Cortez.

The welcoming entertainment area blends seamlessly with an elegant dining table that seats 10 and captures every ocean breeze. The huge gourmet kitchen includes a cleverly designed window that opens to access the poolside bar seating, as well as a large separate butler’s pantry with its own full-size freezer for storing your catch of the day.

Off the kitchen is an additional outdoor kitchen with its own grill, sink, refrigerator, and plenty of counter space. The entire experience promotes indoor/outdoor ease, with chaise lounges placed throughout for relaxation.

You can dip into the pool or jacuzzi, grab a drink at the outdoor bar, or head down the stairs to the beach right from the pool’s patio. Paddleboarding, kayaking, or snorkeling can be done right in front of the house, with all equipment provided on site. Afterward, soak up the sun with some cornhole or take a siesta in the privacy of the hammock.

Location

Casa Laura is located in the Punta Pescadero neighborhood, 25 minutes south of Los Barriles and 1.5 hours north of Cabo. This area is a beautiful part of the East Cape at the tip of Baja.

• A romantic exterior staircase and interior stairs lead up to a breezy outdoor balcony with its own resort-style lounge area attached to a gracious king bedroom and a luxurious, gorgeously tiled bath.
• Down the exterior hall are 3 more queen bedrooms, 2 of which have spectacular ocean views.

Guest Access

The entire home is yours! The only area that is not accessible is the garage, but there is room to park 4-5 vehicles inside the gated courtyard. The house manager, Carlos, and his wife, Nora, will ensure all of your questions and needs are taken care of.

The booking includes a complimentary, authentic arrival dinner delivered to the home. Nora will provide housekeeping as needed as part of the rental price.

Other Things to Note

The caretaker and his wife do a phenomenal job of keeping everything running smoothly. It is highly recommended to use the in-home food delivery by Nora, as the food is delicious and timely. Be sure to stop along the way to pick up groceries, as the location is off the beaten path.
