The Space
Our villa offers the unique opportunity to rent two separate living units, each featuring:
- Two large decks connected by an outside staircase
- A private pool for use by both units
- Two bedrooms
- A kitchen
- A living room
- Two full ensuite bathrooms
One unit also includes two sofa beds. Both units have private entries and natural rock walls, providing an expansive living space and plenty of privacy for all guests.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to both two-bedroom homes and the lovely entry patio with a fountain.
Location
The villa is close to town and within walking distance to the beach. Nearby, you will find pickleball and tennis courts.

Other Things to Note
Cabo San Lucas is a safe town, and Pedregal is a gated community. If you desire 12-hour nighttime doorman service at the house, the cost is approximately $90 per day (subject to change). The cost of doorman service is included on December 31 and from March 1 to 31.
One guest must be 21 or older. Guests will be asked to provide names and ages of all guests, as well as arrival information prior to arrival.
