Villa B6 is a modern luxury retreat featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, completed in 2023. This 3,150 square foot villa showcases professional design and high-end furnishings, including air conditioning and WiFi in every room. A standout feature is the 400 square foot rooftop sunset terrace, offering spectacular views.

The villa’s open layout embraces a minimalist organic and tropical style with high ceilings and expansive windows that flood the space with natural light. It comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, surfers, eco-tourists, and nature lovers.

Situated in the gated community of The Enclave at Playa Avellanas, Villa B6 is nestled within a peaceful jungle environment just steps from the beach. Playa Avellanas is a serene surf town located 15 minutes south of Tamarindo on Costa Rica’s Gold Coast, near the JW Marriott Guanacaste and its private 18-hole golf course.

This safe, beachside community offers a tranquil atmosphere where the fresh Pacific Ocean breeze blends with the scent of lush jungle at dawn. The beach is less than a mile away, renowned for its expansive white sands and eight surf breaks suitable for all skill levels.

Living Spaces

The villa’s architecture emphasizes brightness and openness with floor-to-ceiling windows and clerestory windows that enhance the indoor/outdoor living experience. The living room features natural materials such as wood floors, polished stone countertops, teak furniture, and rattan chairs, complemented by fine art accents.

A gray sectional sofa, area rug, coffee table, and custom teak entertainment center with a wall-mounted Smart TV create a comfortable space for relaxing, streaming shows, or reading. Sliding glass doors open to a covered terrace overlooking tropical gardens, palms, and the swimming pool.
