The Space

Hacienda Colorado is an exquisite four-bedroom property situated right on the beach in Hacienda Iguana, offering unparalleled views of the world-renowned surf break, Colorados. The property features a spacious layout with ample outdoor patio areas on both the upper and lower levels, in addition to a stunning beachfront pool that provides direct views of the Colorados surf break.

The expansive master suite is located on the second floor and comes furnished with:

• A king-size bed
• A twin bed
• Two recliners
• A large office desk

There are two additional ocean-view guest suites on the first floor, each featuring:

• A king-size bed
• A twin bed

A fourth guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. The property has air conditioning throughout the house, including the bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and dining room, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the house boasts reliable Starlink internet, an Amazon Fire Stick on the TV, a backup generator to power lights and fans in case of a power outage, and a propane BBQ grill. You will also be well taken care of by three employees, including a full-time housekeeper, a night guard, and a pool cleaner/gardener.

Hacienda Colorado is ideal for one or two families, three couples, or six to eight surfers, making it the perfect place for a beach getaway.

Guest Access

Guests have full, private access to the house, pool, and yard.

The base rate is for up to four people, with an additional per-person cost for more than four. The rates are as follows, and please note that Airbnb adds their own fee on top of these rates. This house sleeps a maximum of ten people.

Our meal packages offer you a personal chef whose services include purchasing fresh food, meal preparation, cooking delicious meals, and cleanup.

Breakfast options include:

• Tortillas and/or toast
• Served with coffee and freshly made fruit juices

Lunch and dinner generally consist of:

If you choose to dine out at local restaurants, we will gladly reimburse you. We just ask for a 24-hour notice if you do not want a certain meal, so our chef does not overprepare.

Please note that the minimum meal package we offer is for four adults, with a minimum price of $500 per meal plan. Kids under 12 are half price for a smaller portion.

Groups of 4-6 people:

• Three meals a day for $55/person/day – includes non-alcoholic beverages and a snack basket
• Two meals a day for $45/person/day – includes non-alcoholic beverages
• Only dinner for $22/person or $27/person for lobster, shrimp, or steak dinner – no drinks included

Groups of 7 or more people:

• Three meals a day for $50/person/day – includes non-alcoholic beverages and a snack basket
• Two meals a day for $40/person/day – includes non-alcoholic beverages
• Only dinner for $20/person or $25/person for lobster, shrimp, or steak dinner – no drinks included
