The Space
This is a one-year-old studio apartment designed by us. It is located behind the ice cream store and Side Bar in the Commercial Area of Hacienda Iguana.
Staying here means you have access to all the amenities in the community, including:
- Golf course
- Beach club bar and restaurant
- Beach club pool
You will also have access to two world-class surf breaks: Panga Drops and Colorados, eliminating the need to walk an hour from Gigante.

The apartment is situated in the Commercial Area of Iguana, which features:

If you are looking for a very private space, please consider our other properties located closer to the beach.

- Accommodates up to 3 guests
- A different couch in the downstairs area that can sleep the third person
Other Things to Note
Please be aware that the electric bill will be covered by the guest with the monthly rate. There are sometimes events at the bar next door and across the road, which we cannot predict. Any music typically stops by 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
