Please note that the condo is located in a residential area; therefore, no parties or excessive noise are allowed. Guests who litter, damage property, or create excessive noise will be fined by the homeowners association.

The condo is nestled safely up a mountain, which includes the adventure of driving up a winding road. Drive slowly until you get the hang of it. In case of storms, hurricanes, or rain, you won't have to worry about being too close to the beach, where most damage usually occurs.
