Our Story

We are a family of six from Hungary who fell in love with Granada during our travels. Casa de Arcos became our second home, and after careful refurbishment, we are excited to share it with guests. The villa reflects both our love for Nicaraguan culture and our desire to create a comfortable, welcoming place where travelers can feel at home.

Guest Access

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire villa during their stay. This includes:

• All indoor living areas (spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen)
• Three bedrooms (two with ensuite bathrooms)
• The private pool area (fully enclosed, not shared)
• WiFi and entertainment amenities (TV, books, board games)

Julio, your dedicated property manager, will welcome you upon arrival, provide the keys, and remain available 24/7 for assistance. Daily cleaning service can be arranged (included in the price), while laundry service can be arranged but is not included in the price.
