Guest Access

You will have access to the whole house except for the laundry room and owner’s closet.

• One complimentary laundry service is provided per week.
• Only the cleaning staff has access to the laundry room, so please let us know what day you would like to schedule their visit.
• Cleaning is included once during the week. Additional cleaning services are available for $20 per day.
• Living room air conditioning is available for an additional $25 per day; please inform us in advance so we can leave the control for you.

Please note: due to the design of the infinity pool and high terraces, Casa Adams is not recommended for families with young children. Guests ages 10 and older are welcome.

Additional Information

This home is not part of Rancho Santana's Management Program. As of January 2023, Rancho Santana implemented a resort fee of $15 per person per full day plus tax (15%). This fee will be collected upon check-in at the front desk concierge to access all of Rancho Santana's amenities and services. Children younger than 8 years old do not have to pay the resort fee. Check-in and check-out days are not charged.

Monthly rentals do not include the cost of electricity. A refundable security deposit of $500 will be collected separately, and a meter reading will be taken during check-in and check-out to calculate electric usage.
