Ojos del Mundo

Nestled cliffside overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Ojos del Mundo offers spectacular views of Costa Rica to the south and the headlands of San Juan Bay to the north. It is the perfect location to get away from it all while having easy access to the amenities of the quaint village of San Juan Del Sur, located less than 1 mile from your front door.

The Space

We have a beautiful fully equipped 25-foot boat in the water. Please let us know ahead of time if you'd like to take a boat trip with our crew. We offer the following trips:

• Fishing trips
• Surfing trips
• Snorkeling
• Whale and dolphin watching (depending on the season)
• Private trips to a white sand beach

Other Things to Note

Electricity

Please note that electricity is very expensive in Nicaragua. Electricity is not fully included in the rental price.

• For short-term rentals, we include 25 kilowatt-hours (kWh) per day. If you use more than that, you'll be charged USD 0.50 per kWh.
• For longer stays (more than a month), we do not include any electricity in the price. Monthly rental rates do not include utilities (electricity, water, and internet), which must be paid separately.

The average electricity usage is between 15-35 kWh per day. Being conscious of electricity usage helps us maintain our rental prices. Please turn off the air conditioning and other appliances when you are not using them. Thank you for your cooperation.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign an agreement. This agreement clarifies that you are responsible for paying for electricity if you exceed 25 kWh per day and that you will pay for any damage done to the house. Thank you, and we hope you enjoy your stay.
