The Space

This is a second-floor condo featuring:

• 2 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms

The main bedroom includes one king-size bed, while the second bedroom has two twin-size beds. The condo also features:

• A kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge, and kitchenware
• A living room area with a sofa and table
• A balcony with views of the bay

Location

The condo is a short 5-minute walk from the beach. Please note that the hill to the property is steep. You can choose to walk, take a taxi, or ask Juan to drive you into town.

We have an on-site caretaker available 24/7 to assist you with any needs or emergencies. Additionally, our bilingual staff is available during office hours to help with:

• Private tours
• Private one-way or round-trip transportation
• Local private taxi services
• Arranging a doctor if needed

Just ask for anything you require to make your stay more pleasant, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Guest Access

You will have access to:

• A shared parking area outside the condos with space for three vehicles
• Assistance with unloading bags
• A shared outdoor pool on-site

Other Things to Note

We also have a brand new condo next door, listed as "Bay Watch Condo #3."

Please remember to turn off the air conditioning when you leave the room to avoid excess electricity charges. The room price includes the first 50 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electric consumption. Any usage over 50 kWh will incur a charge of $0.50 per kWh. For example, if you use 100 kWh during your stay, you will need to pay for 50 kWh at $0.50, totaling $25.

Laundry service is not included in your room rate unless you arrange a special nightly, weekly, or monthly rate with the owner or property manager.
