Casa Mario is close to everywhere you want to be in Cabo, literally the closest private villa you can rent to Medano Beach. It's one block from everything you will need while there, the beach, the gym, the nightlife, and a plethora of bars and restaurants. And yet it is very private and secure for being in the middle of the action; the kitchen was recently remodeled, and the pool and patio. Good for couples, families/kids, and larger groups. The space The house is well stocked and well equipped, has essentially everything you have at home. There are three bedrooms with en-suite full baths. There are six queen beds and a twin up stairs in the bedrooms, and three pull outs downstairs. Guest access Guests have access to everything in the house. Locked space is for overflow maid storage, tools, ladders, etc. Other things to note Each room is equipped with a mini-split AC., and every room has a ceiling fan. We like to open all the windows and let the air flow through--even when it's hot, as there is usually a nice breeze. The house is in central Cabo (Colonia Medano) so there are the sounds of hustle and bustle--it sounds more like a city than the ocean lapping on the beach. But the location is worth it. You will spend zero time and zero money taking taxi cabs when you stay here.
