Reliable Power

The building is equipped with a full-time backup generator, ensuring uninterrupted electricity even during outages.

• Electricity is included up to 80 kWh per day.
• Any usage beyond that will be charged at $0.50 USD per additional kWh, based on meter readings.
• Please turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving.

Grill Availability

A gas grill is available in the apartment for an additional cost of $20 per stay. Please notify us in advance if you would like to use it, and we will arrange to move it to the apartment.

Guest Access

The apartment will be unlocked upon arrival. The front door lock opens upwards, so you just have to slide it in that direction to enter. The key will be on the kitchen counter for you to use during your stay. If you need anything extra, please feel free to reach out.

Other Things to Note

To register your entry at the security gate, we will need a copy of your ID and those of your companions. Hacienda Iguana is a gated community with controlled access, so this step is required to ensure smooth entry without delays.
