Discover luxury and tranquility at Casa Kidd, a 5,000-square-foot property available for rent in the exclusive gated community of Guacalito de la Isla on Nicaragua’s Emerald Coast. The villa features three private luxury casitas:

• Main Casita:

  • Annex with two twin beds, ideal for families (capacity: 4 people)

• Casita #2:

  • Deluxe king-size bed
  • Air conditioning
  • Furnished living area (capacity: 2 people)

• Casita #3:

  • Deluxe king-size bed
  • Air conditioning
  • Furnished living area (capacity: 2 people)

All casitas have private indoor and outdoor showers. Additionally, there is a staff quarters with a kitchen, room for two people, and a bathroom. The total capacity is up to 10 people (8 in the main casitas and 2 in the staff quarters).

The villa is fully equipped with a kitchen, a living room with a TV, and a spectacular beach-entry pool. There is also a bar area with bathrooms and stunning ocean views from almost every corner of the property.

Casa Kidd is located just a 6-minute walk (or 3 minutes by car) from Guacalito Beach and its exquisite restaurant, Casa Mariposa, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy.

Other Things to Note

Guests are required to provide a complete list of all guests along with valid IDs during the booking process. This information will be submitted to the community's main gate. Additionally, all guests must present their valid IDs physically upon arrival at the gate.
