The Space

Casa Sueño is ideally located right on the white sandy beach in downtown Los Barriles, just a short walk from restaurants, grocery stores, and all essential amenities. This recently remodeled old-style Baja home features a warm, comfortable interior with fantastic views of the Sea of Cortez from most rooms.

Enjoy peaceful outdoor living with gorgeous views from the garden and terraces overlooking the beach, ocean, and distant bays and coastlines. The main house includes:

• 3 bedrooms:
  1. An upstairs master suite with a California king-size bed, full panoramic views of the ocean, and a private patio.
  2. A bedroom with a queen-size bed overlooking the front garden.
  3. A beachfront patio bedroom with two twin beds.

The house is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout to keep the ocean breezes flowing. Additionally, there is a charming detached Casita studio with a private entrance and bathroom, furnished with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and an overhead fan.

• Driveway and parking area with enough space for a camper or boat

Activities

Guests can launch kiteboards or windsurfers from the beach in front of the house. Rent mountain bikes from the local bike shop to explore the single track network or ride along the coast.

A short walk down the beach leads to the Hotel Palmas de Cortez, where you can enjoy drinks, snacks, or dinner at the restaurant. The area offers world-class kite sailing, windsurfing, fishing, snorkeling, mountain biking, hiking, and whale watching. Additional activities available in town include yoga, massage, pickleball, and ATV rentals.

Guest Access

Guests have access to a washer, dryer, and the beach.

You can easily walk everywhere in town from the house, including stores, restaurants, bars, and kite schools.
