Villa Colorados is a beautiful four-bedroom house that features a colonial feel with indoor/outdoor living. Designed from our family to yours, it is perfect for surfers and beach lovers. The villa is situated just steps away from Nicaragua's best beach break.

What makes Villa Colorados special is the presence of one of the owners, Mateo, and his local Nicaraguan wife, Isamar, who live on the property in a separate villa. This arrangement provides the comfort of having an American who speaks fluent Spanish available to accommodate your needs, along with a local Nicaraguan who was born and raised in Gigante.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the property. The beach is just a four-minute walk away, and nearby amenities include a beach club, golf, volleyball, and yoga.
