Villa Océano, located in the exclusive Jardines de Palma Real, is a tranquil retreat just a short walk from Playa Mansita. This charming two-story villa features:

• Accommodates up to 6 guests

The villa offers partial sea views from its beautifully landscaped garden and terrace. Inside, the open-plan living areas blend the kitchen, dining, and living room spaces, creating a bright and airy environment ideal for relaxing or socializing. The living room includes a Smart TV with cable for entertainment.

The three spacious bedrooms provide comfort and style:

• Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
• Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Beds

The master suite features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

Guest Access

With your reservation, you will have access to:

1. Three beaches: Langosta, Mansita, and Avellanas (the latter is internationally known for its waves).
2. Avellanas Beach Club: A per-person daily fee applies to use the facilities, which include a pool with lounge chairs, spa, playground for kids, gym, parking, and direct access to Avellanas Beach. Access may change without notice, and the club could be closed on some days in October.
3. Mountain bike trails: Bike rentals are available on-site, or you are welcome to bring your own.

Additionally, Hacienda Pinilla offers the following amenities at an extra cost:

• 18-hole professional golf course for rounds with friends or family
• Tennis courts to enjoy a match in beautiful surroundings
• Horseback riding tours through the Hacienda, where wildlife and breathtaking views await

Other Things to Note

Within Hacienda Pinilla, you will find our on-site check-in desk and customer service office open every day from 8 AM to 5 PM. The nearest airport is Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport in Liberia, approximately a 1.5-hour drive. Traveling from SJO airport may take around 5 hours, depending on traffic and peak season conditions.

Once your booking is confirmed, we can assist you in arranging car or golf cart rentals, transportation, tours, and activities.
