Important Information
- Golf cart not included but available for rental during your stay.
- The main gate will charge a mandatory resort fee of $27.60 per night upon arrival. This fee is applicable for up to 7 days; after that, no additional fees will be charged. This is completely out of our control.
- Please note that we experience intermittent Wi-Fi issues and occasional power outages, as we are in the middle of the jungle. We appreciate your patience.
- Any late check-ins (after 6 PM) will require a $20 late fee to be paid to Massiel on-site.
