The Space

Villa Casa Blanca is a comfortable and spacious villa located in the center of old town Granada, just two blocks from the bustling main street, La Calzada, known for its restaurants and nightlife. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and offers a blend of colonial charm and modern amenities.

Upon entering Casa Blanca, you will find a main living room with comfortable lounge seating and a 42-inch smart TV. The high ceilings and ceiling fans keep the space fresh throughout the day. The full kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking necessities, including a four-burner gas stove and a large refrigerator with a freezer. The large dining table overlooks the pool patio area, perfect for meals with family and friends.

The swimming pool and patio are at the center of the house, surrounded by lush vegetation, including palm trees and flowers, creating a tropical vibe.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Ground floor with a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Ground floor with a queen-sized bed and another queen-sized bed on the mezzanine, which also has a smart TV.
• Bedroom 3: Located on the mezzanine in the living area with a queen-sized bed.

Location

Casa Blanca is situated in a quiet side street, providing a peaceful retreat while still being close to the vibrant atmosphere of old town Granada. If you have a car, there is an overnight secured parking lot just 50 meters from the house, available for 50 C$ per night.

Amenities

• Caretakers: Rosa and Manuel are available 24/7 for assistance.
• Breakfast: Available for an extra charge of $6 per person.
• Room Cleaning: Towels can be changed upon request. Bed linens, towels, and toilet paper are included in the rental price.
• Electricity: Please turn off all electric appliances when leaving the room, as electricity is scarce in Nicaragua. There is no extra charge for air conditioning usage.
• Tours & Transport: Transportation from airports and tailored tours to local attractions, including Laguna de Apoyo, Volcano Masaya, Volcano Mombacho, and boat rides on the Isletas of Granada, can be arranged.
