The Space

Casa Zaragoza is located just three blocks from Calle La Calzada and features an eclectic design that blends the Colonial style characteristic of Granada with Moroccan influences from the Middle East. The property is designed to provide guests with a feeling of comfort and elegance.

The villa can accommodate six people and includes:

• Three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with hot and cold water showers.
• Extra-large bathrooms located on the second floor, which are cool, light, and spacious.
• A fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation.
• A pool surrounded by lush vegetation, creating an oasis of relaxation.

The house is decorated with furniture and antiques sourced from local artists and artisans. Guests can enjoy Nicaraguan coffee by the pool while soaking in the sun.

Please note that the staircase and pool are open, which may be a consideration for families with small children.
