The Space

Villa Solana is an exquisite modern Italian-style home featuring a seamless open-air design. The glass doors open to the infinity pool and patio lounge areas, creating an ideal indoor and outdoor setting. This beautiful villa has spacious interiors washed in natural light and accommodates up to 15 guests across five bedrooms.

Service

Daily housekeeping ensures a comfortable and stress-free stay. Additional housekeeping or breakfast preparation can be arranged for an extra fee of $50 per day. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to check-in receive a 100% refund, less non-refundable payment-processing fees (approximately 3.9%). Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable.

House Rules

• No smoking of any kind on the property; penalties will apply.
• This is not a party house.
• A very strict no-noise policy is enforced outside between 10 PM and 6 AM.
• This home is suitable for groups of adults and families who respect the neighbors and community rules.
