Each bedroom features its own entrance and private bathroom. Two rooms include full kitchens, allowing you to unleash your culinary creativity. For your convenience, we also offer an on-site laundry service for a fee of $10 per load.

Guest Access

Upon booking, you will receive the caretaker’s contact information to arrange your arrival details. The caretaker will provide the exact location and guide you as needed. Upon arrival, they will deliver the keys and orient you to the property. Please save the caretaker's contact info for any questions or concerns. If they cannot assist, feel free to reach out to me through the Airbnb channel.

Guidelines for an Enjoyable and Responsible Stay

1. Respect House Rules and Neighbors
   Please adhere to all house rules to ensure the space remains enjoyable for all guests and to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

2. Treat the Space as Your Own
   Enjoy the property responsibly, caring for it as though it were your own home.

3. Security Deposit Information
   A $100 USD security deposit is required at check-in to cover:

   • Property damages, if any
   • Cleaning fees, if any
   • Excessive electricity consumption, if any
     Any applicable charges will be deducted at check-out, and the full deposit will be refunded immediately if no charges apply.

4. Cleaning Fee for Excessive Mess
   If the space is left in a mess at check-out, a $20 cleaning fee will be charged.

5. Smoking Policy
   Smoking is prohibited on the premises. Guests are welcome to smoke outside the gates if needed.

6. Quiet Hours
   Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during these hours to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

7. Pool Etiquette
   To help maintain the pool:

   • Shower before entering.
   • Avoid bringing food, drinks, sand, or dirt into the pool.

8. Onsite Services
   Upon request, onsite staff can prepare meals and drinks or do laundry for an additional cost. They can also assist with ordering food from local restaurants and arranging transportation as needed.

9. Energy Conservation
   Please be mindful of energy usage. Turn off lights and air conditioning when not in use. Your reservation includes an allowance of 35 kilowatt-hours per day. Any excess consumption will be charged at $1.00 per kilowatt-hour.

10. Proximity to Attractions
    The beach and downtown area are an 8-10 minute ride or a 25-30 minute walk from the property.
