Location

The property is located in the community of Las Golondrinas in Hacienda Pinilla, one of the few beachfront communities in Guanacaste. The beach is just a few hundred meters away; you can walk out your front door and reach one of the most beautiful beaches in the area within minutes.

Amenities

Guests have access to:

• The Beach Club (a $5 fee per guest, non-consumable)
• Indoor and outdoor dining areas

Please note that a small office is kept locked for the owners, as well as two cabinets in the laundry room and both main floor bedrooms. There is ample space in the closets for your belongings.

Other Things to Note

Hacienda Pinilla is a large property, spanning over 4,200 acres. It is recommended to stop for groceries before your arrival, especially if you have had a long trip and prefer not to drive again.

Fuego Blue and Il Rustico both deliver pizza if you wish to order in; their contact information can be found in the welcome booklet.

Any guests will need permission to enter Hacienda Pinilla, which must be sent to the front security gate. Please coordinate with your host to arrange this if needed.

The Beach Club is a great option for a day out, serving food and drinks. The entry fee for rental guests is $5 per person, which is no longer consumable. This is a change from previous years.
