Our stay was excellent. The accommodation is in a very central location, which allowed us to walk around San Juan del Sur and enjoy restaurants, shops and the beach without having to use the car. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. In addition, the balcony is beautiful, ideal for relaxing for a while and enjoying the surroundings. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan del Sur.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente. El alojamiento está en una ubicación muy céntrica, lo que nos permitió recorrer San Juan del Sur caminando y disfrutar de restaurantes, comercios y la playa sin necesidad de usar el carro. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, bien cuidado y equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Además, el balcón es precioso, ideal para relajarse un rato y disfrutar del ambiente. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos a cualquiera que visite San Juan del Sur.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED our stay here! The home is small but perfect for our party of 4. The AC units worked great, there was hot water when wanted, felt safe in the area and everything was a quick walk to get to in town. Had one small minor maintenance issue that the host was quick to respond to. The best part of this location was the balcony. Feeling the cool breeze come in at night felt amazing. When coming to Nicaragua, we always try to visit SJDS. We now have our go to spot when visiting SJDS! WE LOVED IT!

A cozy place with everything you need. We loved the balcony, and the beach was 50 meters from the house. We had a problem with the Wi-Fi, but the host responded right away—very quick response and availability. I would definitely stay here again.
