Electricity Usage Policy

Considering the high cost of electricity in Nicaragua, we provide a generous daily allowance of 20 kW. Exceeding this limit will incur a charge of $0.50 per kW. To stay within this allowance, we recommend turning off lights, air conditioning, and fans when not in use, especially when leaving the home or when not in specific rooms. This system ensures that you can enjoy your stay comfortably while managing energy consumption efficiently.

Dining within the development includes a range of options from local Nicaraguan fare to international cuisine. Our beachfront café offers fresh meals and drinks. Transportation and Excursions

The property is about a 2-hour drive from Augusto C. Sandino International Airport in Managua and around 4 hours from Liberia Airport in Costa Rica. We can help arrange airport shuttle service from both airports.
