Villa OSU is an oasis that seamlessly blends elegance with comfort in an exquisite tropical setting. This home stands out for its high-end finishes, expansive spaces, and meticulous attention to detail. Our aim is to provide you with a hotel experience within a private home setting.

We offer daily cleaning services that can be scheduled to fit your group's needs. Additional housekeeping or breakfast preparation help can be pre-arranged. Whether you are interested in in-house catering, sunset cruises, adventure tours, or tips to secluded beaches, our team has the local knowledge to assist in planning the ultimate tropical experience. Transportation to and from Liberia International Airport or San Jose International Airport, as well as rental car bookings, can also be arranged. We are available and on-call 24/7.

As a guest, you have access to numerous restaurants and can purchase a day pass for the hotel's pool, which is the largest in Central America. The day pass grants access to all hotel grounds and amenities.

With over 45 kilometers of trails, Hacienda Pinilla offers scenic routes and rigorous trails for all types of riders.

Surfing

Hacienda Pinilla is an excellent location for surfing, with six waves on Playa Avellanas and private access to the beach breaks of Playa Langosta. The famous Playa Negra reef breaks are just 10 minutes south, and the river mouth and beach breaks of Tamarindo are 10 minutes to the north.

Rates

Rates are based on up to 8 guests. An additional fee applies per guest after the 8th person, up to the maximum occupancy of the property. Please include the total number of guests in your booking to receive an accurate quote.

Other Things to Note

Our property is designed for relaxed family vacations or for digital nomads seeking a quiet oasis to be inspired and productive. Each element and piece of furniture has been carefully selected to create the perfect setting for families and teams looking for comfort, inspiration, and privacy by the beach in Costa Rica.

We do not accommodate parties and ask those looking to celebrate to consider other properties.

Casa OSU Service

Daily housekeeping ensures a comfortable and stress-free stay. Additional housekeeping or breakfast preparation can be arranged for an extra $50 per day. The beach club membership provides access to chairs, umbrellas, and a gym. Our concierge team can assist with in-house catering, sunset cruises, adventure tours, and transportation arrangements.

Please note that we want all of our guests to enjoy their stay at Villa OSU. This home is located in a private, gated community with mainly full-time residents and families. There is a very strict no-noise policy outside between 10 PM and 6 AM. This is not a house for hosting parties or events. This home is ideal for groups of adults and families who respect the neighbors and community rules. If you plan to have a party or make excessive noise, please reserve another property, as noise will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
