With recent renovations, this stunning space features a well-designed single-story floor plan with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. • The Park: Opening December 2025, The Park will be a new sports and recreation hub in Papagayo featuring multi-sport courts, a water park, pools, a skate track, playgrounds, a dog park, and dining options.

Pools

Soak in breathtaking ocean views from two serene infinity-edge pools, ideal for post-beach relaxation. With BBQ grills nearby, you can enjoy a sunset cookout in peace. Though shared with neighboring villas, the pools are often undisturbed, so you’ll likely have them to yourself.

Golf Carts

For easy travel around the peninsula, we recommend renting a golf cart. Options include:

• Four-seater: $130 per day
• Six-seater: $150 per day

Transportation

If you need airport transport, this can easily be arranged with our concierge team. Liberia Airport is about a 40-minute drive from the villa. If interested in exploring outside the gates of Peninsula Papagayo, we recommend renting a car, which our concierge can also arrange.

Restaurants

The peninsula boasts various exceptional five-star restaurants, all just five to ten minutes away by golf cart. Feel free to ask your concierge for reservations and dining recommendations.

Other Things to Note

Please be aware that our cancellation policy is firm. We are a small, independent rental and cannot make exceptions for travel-related issues such as canceled or delayed flights, severe weather en route, train cancellations, family emergencies, or changes to work schedules. These events are considered "Force Majeure" or circumstances beyond our control. Because we block the calendar for your stay and turn away other potential guests, we are unable to offer refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows resulting from these situations. To ensure peace of mind, we strongly encourage you to purchase a third-party travel insurance policy that includes "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) coverage. This is the best way to protect yourself from unforeseen events that could impact your travel plans.
