During your stay in our Hacienda Iguana condo, you'll have full access to:

1. The condo itself with its three bedrooms and comfortable living spaces.

3. Playa Colorado's renowned surf break, perfect for surf enthusiasts.
4. The beachfront community pool, restaurant, and bar within our gated community.

Other Things to Note

Electricity & Elevator

• For guests staying at the monthly rate, the full electric bill will be their responsibility.
• For guests staying on a daily or weekly basis, an allowance of 35 kWh per day will be provided, which offers a comfortable amount of available energy. Any consumption beyond this will be the guest's responsibility.
• The building's elevator is unavailable for daily use, and this unit is on the second floor.

Important Notes

• Pets are not allowed on this property. A fine of $400 will be applied if this rule is violated.
• Smoking inside the condo is not permitted under any circumstances. There is a $400 fine if there is any smell of smoke or cigarette butts on the premises.
• Parties or gatherings with more than eight people are not allowed in the condo. The fine will be passed on to the guest who violates this rule.
• In cases where the condo is left dirty beyond normal, an extra cleaning fee of $75 will be applied. This includes the stove, oven, and microwave with food stuck to them.
