The Space

Welcome to The Enclave at Avellanas, a modern gated beach community nestled in the peaceful jungle setting of Playa Avellanas, Costa Rica. Villa B4 features a modern open design with exotic tropical style, giant floor-to-ceiling windows, a gourmet kitchen, air conditioning in each room, laundry facilities, WiFi, and more.

Villa B4 is part of a private sub-community of nine villas situated around a large sapphire pool. Completed in 2023, this 1,854 square foot villa boasts professional design and high-end furnishings. It is perfect for families, multi-couples, nature lovers, eco-tourists, groups of friends, and surfers.

Location

Playa Avellanas is celebrated for its expansive white sand beaches and excellent surf breaks. There are eight surf breaks along its shore, accommodating all skill levels, with swells from both hemispheres. The motto of Costa Rica, "Pura Vida," translates to "pure or simple life," and your experience at Villa B4 will embody this sentiment.

Villa B4 has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating six guests. Each bedroom features:

Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, essential toiletries, and hairdryers. The primary bathroom features clerestory windows, a double-sink custom vanity, a bathtub, a traditional glass-door shower bordered with stylish black granite tile, and an attached open-air shower.

Outdoor amenities are a highlight of this exotic, resort-style enclave. The living/dining space opens to a covered terrace with alfresco dining and outdoor living.
