The Space

Casa Fira is located within the Santorini Residential complex, a safe and quiet area less than 5 minutes from San Juan del Sur Bay. The house features two floors and is fully furnished. It includes:

• 4 bedrooms with air conditioning (2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor)
• 3.5 bathrooms
• The community's largest swimming pool
• Kitchen with appliances and utensils

• Wi-Fi and cable TV

The property is surrounded by leafy trees that provide a cool atmosphere. The residential complex has 24/7 security and a single access point with a control booth, ensuring a peaceful environment for walking and relaxation. There is parking space in front of the house for your vehicles.

Guest Access

Access to Casa Fira is always flat and accessible throughout the year. When you rent the property, you can exclusively occupy all areas of the house, as none of the areas are shared. We want you to enjoy your vacation without any concerns.

Other Things to Note

• We do not accept additional guests or pets without prior authorization before check-in. Additional guests incur an extra charge per person per night.
• Visitors are not allowed on the property; we only accept the number of people reported in the reservation.
• Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM. If you wish to check in after 4:30 PM, there is an additional charge of $15 for this service.
• The house has a water tank to provide supply during any service interruptions for a few hours.
• For short stays, we include 30 kilowatt-hours per night booked. If you exceed this amount, there will be an additional charge of $0.50 per excess kilowatt-hour.
• For stays longer than seven nights, electricity consumption is charged according to the reading on the energy meter.

Our property is 42 kilometers from Peñas Blancas, the border with Costa Rica, making it an ideal destination if you plan to cross the border or visit one of the best beach destinations in Nicaragua. We are 31 kilometers from the city of Rivas, and if you plan to visit Ometepe, our property is 33 kilometers from San Jorge, the port of embarkation to the island. The distance from our property to Granada is 97 kilometers, so don't miss out on exploring one of the most beautiful colonial cities in America.
