The Space

Casa Zayeluna is a beautiful modern villa located in the prestigious gated neighborhood of Pedregal, often referred to as the "Beverly Hills of Cabo." With over 6,000 square feet, this villa features 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, making it perfect for larger groups and families.

This incredible house offers a unique view of both the marina and the Pacific side, situated right in front of the Pedregal tennis courts. It includes many luxury amenities such as:

• Infinity pool and jacuzzi
• Fire pit
• Private garden
• Gym
• Double desk study for remote work

The private beach in Pedregal is beautiful and great for walking, although swimming is not recommended due to strong tides and waves. It is a 10-minute walk from the house. Medano Beach, which is swimmable, is a 5-7 minute drive away and is filled with restaurants and bars.

Guests can find beach coolers, umbrellas, and a wagon in the front closet for their use. Foldable white wooden chairs are available on the main rooftop patio, along with swimming boards, life jackets, and beach toys. Please ensure all items are returned after use.

Check-In

In-person check-in is offered complimentary. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you prefer self check-in or if you will be arriving at a time other than 3 PM.

Special Events

Casa Zayeluna can accommodate wedding parties and special events, hosting overnight guests from 16 to 20 and daytime events for up to 75 guests.

Pool and Spa

• Pool: $100 daily fee (includes spa) heated to 82 degrees. Additional heating is available for an extra fee.
• Spa only: $35 daily fee to heat to 104 degrees (on demand only and must be turned off after use).

If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. The pool heating time varies depending on the outside temperature. The pool fee is non-refundable unless there is an equipment issue.

Note: Pool heating is generally not needed in the summer months, but can be requested during winter.

Games and Entertainment

This villa features a variety of entertainment options, including:

• Ample board games
• Bluetooth-operated surround system

Bedrooms and Baths

The 6 bedrooms are equipped with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay. Each of the 5.5 bathrooms is fully stocked with towels and toiletries. TVs are located throughout the house and in each bedroom, ensuring that everyone can relax and enjoy their time here. High-speed, unlimited Wi-Fi is included.

The bedroom configurations are as follows:

1. Bedroom 1: 1 King
2. Bedroom 2: 2 Queens
3. Bedroom 3: 1 King
4. Bedroom 4: 2 Queens
5. Bedroom 5: 1 Queen
6. Bedroom 6: 2 Queens

Air mattresses or rollaway beds are available upon request prior to check-in.

Child Travel Items

As a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially younger ones. We provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to check-in. For other items such as strollers, car seats, or toys, we have partnered with a local vendor for assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Note that fees will apply for these items, payable directly to the vendor.

Parking

We have 2 parking spots in the driveway, 2 on the street, and a 2-car garage (garage parking is not available until December).

Pets

We are pet-friendly! Please inform us in advance if you need any special accommodations. A $300 pet deposit per pet is required. If no additional cleaning is needed, $225 will be refunded at checkout, and $75 will cover your pet's stay.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out Requests

If you need special accommodations for early check-in or late check-out, we will gladly assist based on availability. The early check-in fee is $75, payable upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable due to cleaning schedules, but if there is no reservation following yours, we can accommodate for a $75 fee.

Construction

Please note that there is some construction occurring on the property next door during business hours on weekdays, but not on weekends. Most work is indoors, but some may occur outdoors. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Important Notes

• All fines or penalties incurred during your stay are the sole responsibility of the guest.
• A swimming pool waiver and release of all claims must be acknowledged by guests using the pool amenities.
