The Space

Casa de Sol la Luna is an extraordinary villa that is perfect for a corporate rental, large family reunions, traveling couples, or celebrations. This fun villa features:

There are three bedrooms located on the main level: one King and two Queens with Queen trundles. Two separate King ensuite accommodations are available downstairs, each with its own private entrance. The last bedroom, which has two single beds, is located on the top level off of the kitchen area. It does not have a bathroom or closet space, but there is a half bath nearby for convenience.

This villa offers numerous entertaining spaces throughout the property, accommodating up to 16 guests comfortably.

The villa features a perfect palapa bar area, which serves as the main gathering spot. Key features include:

• Large screen Dish TV for sporting events
• Stainless steel sink area
• Outdoor fridge
• Gas BBQ grill

Just off the palapa bar area is a circular fire pit, providing additional comfortable space for gatherings on cool evenings. Below the palapa bar, down the stairs, is the private swimming pool with lounge seating for 12.

The spacious interior kitchen is fully equipped for dining in. Located on the second floor, the living area and kitchen open to an outdoor balcony with magnificent views of the Arch and Sea of Cortez. For even better views, head up the circular staircase to the rooftop, which features its own private pool and a large palapa bar, perfect for gatherings.

Location

Casa Luna is situated in a great, guard-gated community approximately 2.5 miles outside of downtown Cabo. It has access to a semi-private swimmable beach. Downtown Cabo is only a 5-minute drive away, with popular venues such as Sunset Mona Lisa and The Cape, both known for their stunning sunset views, located nearby.

Guest Access

Casa Luna provides beach accessories, including beach chairs, a cooler, and umbrellas, for enjoyable afternoons on the beach.

Rates are subject to change until reservations are confirmed. Parking in unauthorized areas is not permitted.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Sunday to Thursday, and 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. These noise ordinances are regulated, and fines may be issued, which will be the responsibility of the guests. Repeated offenses could result in the removal of guests. Loud music, yelling, and excessive noise are not permitted out of respect for the neighbors.
