Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom’s Air conditioner in the living room . This home is a guest favorite with the abundant nature and the landscaping and privacy . Guest access Entire home offers a very private property surrounded by incredible lake and volcano views and beautiful wildlife. We will meet you at the entrance of Vistas del Lago and give you the keys and codes and show you to your home. You’ll really enjoy this beautiful place. Other things to note You will enjoy the Comfortable King bed in the master and very comfortable queen beds in the two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

This was our second visit with family in three years. The house has been remodeled and made even more enjoyable and beautiful. We enjoyed views of the lake and gardens from the house, and our grandchildren greatly enjoyed the breakfasts at the community building and the infinity pool. Thank you Bev and Brad for helping to make this a great memorable experience!

This home was a lovely space to spend the holidays with family. We loved the balcony and the amazing view. We also enjoyed the pool, breakfasts at the restaurant, the massage services, and the nature trail beside the creek. I would recommend if you are staying in the Lake Arenal area and you prefer to be in a home instead of a hotel.

This house was fabulous and the photos do not do it justice! It’s off the beaten path and you drive a short time on a gravel road. But it was so worth it. The morning views of the volcano are so beautiful. Bev is a very responsive host and the fresh flowers are a lovely bonus!

Très jolie maison dans un communauté fermée et sécurisée avec piscine et club house ! la maison est spacieuse et élégante, très confortable et totalement équipée !!! Un peu excentrée malgré tout pour les activités d'Arenal ou de Monteverde. Cependant le lieu est d'un calme extraordinaire avec une vue sur le lac incroyable 😍 Je recommande à 100% et je reviendrai certainement !! Merci

Although there is a note in the particulars that the pool is shared, we were pretty disappointed that there was no pool attached to the house because the photos give this impression. Other Airbnb photos state clearly where a pool is private or shared and this may assist future guests. There was a general feel that the property was unloved (cast off furniture, musty smells, empty bottles of cleaning materials) The view was amazing and the gardens are beautiful.

it's a great place with a spectacular view. the hosts are nearby and answer the phone with any needs. It gave us a to a peaceful home base and take day trips to Arenal forest and Monte Verde during the high tourist season.

Beautiful property! Make sure you eat the breakfast at the clubhouse! It was delicious! Bev was so helpful. We locked our keys in our car and she helped us locate a locksmith and we were back on the road!

A beautiful fully equiped home. Peaceful surroundings and a gorgeous lake view. I fell in love with Tilaran and the many places surrounding the lake, a hidden treasure in the Guanacaste province. Our host was responsive, attentive to our needs and very friendly. It was my first stay at Beverly's but it definitely won't be my last.
