Villa Sofia Tulum (6 bedrooms)

We had an amazing stay! Francisco was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The housekeeper kept the home spotless and was so kind throughout our stay. The chef was absolutely incredible, preparing delicious meals that made our vacation feel truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Villa Sofia is a beautiful house that looks exactly like the pictures in the listing. Marcel replied to all of my questions within a hour and gave me great information. The staff is fabulous, Francisco the caretaker makes sure that everything is clean outside. The pool is always spotless. He brought us a huge speaker the first day for us to use. The baby turtles were hatching while we were there and he made sure to bring us down to the beach in the evening to watch the release. An experience of a lifetime. Patty and Andrea kept the inside of the house spotless. Everyday they changed the sheets, did the dishes, cleaned the bathrooms and mopped the entire house. It was so relaxing to be there for a week. The house in in a gated community and I walked alone every morning and felt safe. The ocean floor is full of coral and they even have a bin with water shoes for people to use. The dirt road takes a long time to drive but they say it will be paved. Wonderful week with family!

Nos encantó la casa. Muy cómoda todo el grupo la pasamos muy agusto en la propiedad. Me encanta que te incluyen el servicio de limpieza dos chicas muy serviciales hacían la limpieza y francisco el encargado de la propiedad siempre muy atento. Rentamos el servicio de el chef Jaime. La comida estuvo increíble las vistas muy bonita solo que si había sargazo pero no olía feo. La alberca la disfrutamos mucho las recámaras muy cómodas . Recomiendo la propiedad para familia o grupo de amigos.

This place was better than I could have ever imagined, the pictures don’t even do it justice! Marcel’s wife was my contact person and she went above and beyond? helping to coordinate transportation, excursions, massages and chef. They even came every day to make the beds, switch out linens and clean the pool, which we never expected. The best part was that we were right on the beach and it was turtle hatching seasons so every night there would be loads of sea turtles laying their eggs, it was magical. 10/10 recommend staying here, we will be sure to return!

We had a great time at villa Sofia. We spent most of our time outside, the pool is amazing, the views are breathtaking and all outdoor spaces are well appointed. The home is very private although settled between neighboring villas. We hired a chef for one day and it was great not to have to worry about anything. The house is just like in photos. The beach is not very swimmable between some rocks and lots of seaweed (which was just because of the time of the year and applicable to all beaches on the coast.) but the outdoor space with the pool is so much more comfortable. With the ocean view right there, we did not miss being on the beach at all. I would definitely go again.

An amazing property and beautiful home directly on the beach. The amenities of the home are outstanding, especially the pool and backyard space. Marcel and his wife were very communicative, flexible with our check-in, and provided wonderful recommendations for transportation, and most especially, the in-home chef and house keeping service. Well worth it and an incredible stay! Thank you.

awesome place. the help is unbelievable. get your own food. getting in and out is a bit messy with the roads but an adventure.
