The Space

The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. Both bedrooms include air conditioning, ceiling fans, and wardrobe space. The tall wooden ceilings throughout create an open and airy atmosphere. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, making it a perfect spot for a quick rest.
Inside unit #7, the master bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed if desired. The bathroom has been recently updated. On the covered balcony, you will find a dining table with four chairs and an additional seating area to relax with a drink.
Guest Access
The property is secured by two gates. There is an additional, more convenient access route to the town and beach that is not shown on Google Maps.

From the moment I contacted Stephanie she was responding with a solution of us leaving our bags on the balcony as we arriving too early but she ensured personally that we were taken care of! That was above and beyond expected. We loved the place and so close to the grocery store and great restaurants! If you’re up early- highly recommend Refugio! Close walk to the beach. I can’t speak highly enough of this place- one exit has you close to one side of town ans the other exit has you closer to the other. If- when- we cone back we will be booking again!

Très beau logement. Parfait pour famille de 4. Deux minutes à pieds des restaurants et de l’épicerie. On a adoré la piscine et prendre le café sur le balcon le matin. L’hôte a répondu rapidement à nos questions et a été d’une grande aide. On y retournerait sans hésiter!

Absolutely had a great stay! Family of four from California USA. The room with two twin beds was perfect for our girls. We got to see monkeys playing in the trees when we were on the balcony, we borrowed the body boards for the beach, and the grocery/market was right down the street very walkable. Would definitely stay again.
