Casa Coleen, epic ocean views!

Theran’s condo is amazing! It has everything you need for a great stay; a fully equipped and comfortable apartment, just 600mts from the beach with a outstanding view. It was a real pleasure to staying.

Overall this place is as described. The view is great. We love Monte Perla complex. Great pool, close to town. I think the place could be cleaner and some closets could be cleared out more. Not the fault of the owner, but there was a lot of construction around this time.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The host was extremely helpful and had great recommendations. I would recommend using Uber as the hill to walk is very steep and in the rainy season very washed out. It’s about a 3 minute drive into downtown and cost $4USD so we were very happy with the location! Thank you again!!

From beginning to end, Estefany and Theran were great hosts. They responded to any questions or concerns almost immediately. They provided recommendations and checked in on our stay regularly. This condo is beautiful and well-equipped. Something to note - Due to the location on a steep-ish dirt road, we were only able to rent gas golf carts with certain types of tires or ATVs, so be sure to ask the company before you try to rent something ahead of your stay. Ubers are extremely easy to get. The gate and parking are very secure. The beds are very comfortable, but the master bedroom is extremely bright in the morning. The bathrooms were nice and spotless but the shower water pressure was very low in both bathrooms. The views (especially the sunset) were unbelievable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Theran and Estephany did an excellent job responding to our questions and were very proactive with check-in information and suggesting things to do. A couple of minor maintenance issues came up and they got fixed right away. The apartment was in a well-kept property and neighbors were friendly. Everything was as pictured. The views of the sunset were spectacular!

Beautiful view, great AC and very responsive hosts

Very cute place with a beautiful view. The place was just as described. We had a car but didn't need to use it often as we were within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants.

Adorable condo! Loved that the bedrooms also had their own balconies. Great views from all the windows in the condos. The pool was very well kept but we spent most of our time at the beach so we could surf. Would definitely recommend to other Tamarindo visitors!
